Local Business AI

Your shop's own AI.
Not the internet's
guess at it.

A custom AI assistant built specifically for your business. It never guesses at your stock, your prices, or your hours. It sounds like nobody else's bot too, because it was built for you specifically.

Commission Yours Try one live

You've used everyone's chatbot.
This one was built for your shop.

Same trust guarantee, every time.
Any personality you want.

These three are examples, not a menu. The personality is designed around your business specifically. These are real, live demo businesses, not screenshots and not scripted clips. Click through and ask them anything. What you get back is exactly what a real customer would get.

Stop feeding the data centers.

Not a cloud AI subscription. Not someone else's server. Nothing leaves the node your bot runs on.

  • Hosted on hardware we own and manage directly, not rented from a major cloud AI provider.
  • No conversation is stored. There's no database of what your customers asked, no log of it sitting on a server anywhere.
  • Nothing is sent to a third party, ever. Not for training, not for analytics, not for anything.
  • Your customer's only relationship is with your business. They never agreed to anything with a third-party AI company, because there isn't one in the chain at all.

When a chatbot runs on someone else's cloud AI, the person actually typing to it never signed up for anything with that provider. No account, no terms accepted, no opt-out available to them personally. Whatever protections exist are between the business and the vendor. The customer isn't part of that agreement, even though the conversation is theirs. A PRISM bot removes that third party from the equation entirely, so the question never comes up. And it's genuinely a feature worth advertising on your own site. Locally sourced AI, kept out of the data center pipeline: it's your business's own claim to make, not just ours.

What "hallucination" actually
means, and why it matters here.

This applies to every AI product on the market, not just ours. We'd rather explain it, and then build around the limitation.

What generative AI actually is

A generative AI model doesn't look facts up in a database. It predicts the most likely next word, over and over, based on patterns learned from enormous amounts of text. That's what makes it fluent, and it's also the entire reason the next section matters.

What a "hallucination" really is

When a model states something false, it's using the exact same process, with the exact same fluent, confident tone, as when it states something true. There's no internal flag that lights up to say "I'm not sure about this one." A wrong answer and a right answer can sound, word for word, identical in confidence.

Why that's dangerous for a business specifically

You, and your customer, can't tell the difference from the outside. That's not a hypothetical. It's already cost real companies real money, in court.

In 2024, a Canadian tribunal held Air Canada legally liable after its AI chatbot invented a bereavement-fare policy that didn't exist. A customer relied on it, booked accordingly, and the airline was ordered to pay damages. Air Canada's defense, that the chatbot was "a separate legal entity" not responsible for its own words, was rejected outright. Moffatt v. Air Canada, BC Civil Resolution Tribunal, Feb. 2024

This isn't unique to small or unsophisticated systems, and that's the important part. Google's own AI-generated search summaries have had widely reported incidents of confidently wrong answers, built on some of the most heavily-resourced AI infrastructure that exists. The largest, best-funded models in the world still do this. Scale reduces how often it happens. It doesn't remove the possibility. Confabulation isn't a bug some future model fixes. It's a structural property of how every generative model produces language, full stop.

What we actually do about it

For anything that could cost you money or credibility (stock, price, hours, whether a product exists at all) we take the AI out of the equation entirely. That fact is read from your real, current data by ordinary code and stated directly, not generated, not paraphrased, not recalled from memory. When something genuinely isn't known, the bot says so plainly instead of producing a fluent guess. We won't lay out the exact mechanism here, but the short version is this: the part of the system that talks is never the same part that's allowed to decide what's true.

Even the best AI can confidently
tell your customer the wrong price.

Not because the model is bad. Because restating a fact perfectly, every single time, isn't something any model fully guarantees, and for a business, "almost always right" isn't good enough.

Every fact a PRISM bot states, stock, price, hours, whether a product exists at all, is pulled directly from your real, current data. Not recalled, not guessed, not paraphrased from memory. If it doesn't know something for certain, it says so, honestly, instead of inventing an answer that sounds confident.

On top of that: a personality that's actually yours. Dry and efficient, warm and talkative, dramatic and theatrical, whatever fits your shop. The trust underneath isn't optional. The voice on top is entirely your call.

Your shop's AI, built for your shop specifically.

Built around your business.
Never built around a guess.

01

Facts You Can Trust

Stock, pricing, hours, availability. Every one of these comes from your real, current data. The AI never restates a fact in its own words where it could get it wrong.

02

A Personality That's Actually Yours

The character, tone, and voice are designed around your business specifically. Two shops never sound the same. The trust guarantee underneath is what's identical.

03

Inventory That Stays Current

Reads from real, structured data we set up during your commission. Direct sync with platforms like Shopify is real near-term roadmap, covered in more detail below.

04

Locally Hosted

Covered in more depth above. The short version is nothing about your bot depends on a major cloud AI provider staying happy with you.

05

Calibrated Safety

Not every wrong answer costs the same. Where getting something wrong could actually matter, the bot says so plainly, every time, not just when it remembers to.

06

Built and Run Locally

Not a call center, not an outsourced dev shop. Set up, maintained, and supported by someone who actually knows your business and your community.

From commission to live
on your website.

Tell us about your business

Fill out the commission form: what you sell, your hours, the personality you want. No technical knowledge needed on your end.

02

We build it around your real data

Your catalog, your schedule, your voice. Every fact-bearing answer gets wired to your actual data before your bot ever talks to a customer.

03

You test it before it goes live

A real, working demo. Try to break it, ask it anything. Nothing goes live on your site until you're satisfied it's right.

04

Hosted and maintained going forward

We run the hosting and keep your bot's data current. Questions or changes go straight to us, not a support ticket queue.

Built to fit your existing setup,
not replace it.

Every bot reads from your real data, in a plain structured format any system can export to. Direct native sync with the platforms below is real roadmap, not shipped yet, starting with the most common one first.

Shopify Square WooCommerce BigCommerce Etsy Lightspeed Google Sheets

All of these are on the near-term roadmap, not live today. Right now, every bot works from structured data we set up during your commission, kept current by hand or by whatever export your system already supports. If your business runs on something not listed, ask, most systems can export to a format this works with.
